You can change the client's code status by clicking the button below the client's name, and a drop down list appears. You can choose "Full Code, Full Code w/o Intubation, Chemical Only, Do not resuscitate / Intubate, Comfort Measures Only, Discharged" or enter a different status. It will save automatically.
