For ICD codes, the system does its best to accurately generate ICD / billing codes based on the information. There is a small percentage of the data for ICD codes that is not captured when these are altered or eliminated from centers for Medicaid and Medicare services updates them. So please double check the generated ICD codes before submitting to the patient's insurance for billing.
We are currently researching potential partnerships with billing clearing houses for users to submit their insurance/billable claims electronically. Currently you will need to download or print the completed note and submit this with your normal method of providing claims for reimbursement to private insurances, Medicare or Medicaid services.
